Hooray for Friday!

Today is cleaning day in the Wilson household so I figured I'd get the bloggie post out of the way this morning.  We leave Tuesday night/Wednesday morning for our cruise (YAYAYAYA) and we want to make sure our house isn't totally disgusting while the moms are here with the girlies.  Granted, our house isn't disgusting, but you know what I mean...I need to pick up the piles, dust (I hate dusting) and this totally gives me an excuse to clean out Punk's closet.  The clothes that don't fit her usually just wind up going in a pile on the floor of her closet, so today, it's going in the bins where it belongs.  I'll admit, I'm not looking forward to it, but it must be done.

Today's pic is actually an even that happened yesterday.  Emma got a "painters desk" for Christmas from MIL.  I put the desk together but I couldn't get the actual part you write on on to save my life.  Yesterday, Darik finally put it on for her.  She was sooo excited.  She sat up in her room and painted with her watercolor paints for almost an hour yesterday.  Emma never sits and does anything for an hour.  She painted "me," complete with an ankle tattoo and all.  Here's her work of art....
