Emma Sunday

I bring you another installment of Emma Sunday!  This kid seriously amazes me with the pictures she takes.  Now, this is by no means a great photo, but there's something about the way the sunlight has caught Madelyn's severe case of bed head that makes me smile...

Today was Lynn and Doug's brunch at my momma's.  *sigh*  I just don't know what to say about the whole thing.  So, I'm not going to say anymore.  We're supposed to go to a bridal expo next weekend with her to look at dresses and what not.  We took out the flower girl gown that Skylar wore in our wedding and tried it on Mads.  SO CUTE.  Madelyn is obviously much taller than Sky was but it fit her really well.  There was a huge stain on the front of it that never got cleaned out so we're hoping that the dry cleaners in town can get it out.  It has sat there for almost 7 years so who knows!

I have to gloat.  The whole "skinny me" thing is starting to sink in now but there are still some things I can not get over.  Like, the fact that yesterday, I bought a size small underwear.  Yes.  Me.  A size SMALL!  It just amazes me that 13 months ago I looked like this...

and now I look like this...

oh, and I apparently like pink :p
